How are you all? Thirsty? Us too! Let's update you on how we're getting on.

The project here continues apace and the place is buzzing with activity all day every day. It has been unbelievably exciting for us to see our long-planned vision begin to take shape!

Despite gargantuan efforts by all concerned, the build is now officially a week behind (thank you labour shortages and extended lead times). So, although in all likelihood ever-shifting, our planned opening now looks to be in early August.

To whet your appetites in the meantime, here's a little pictorial update on our progress.
