Attached Job Description is Head Chef, as the Sous will be required to support all aims/objectives and deputise the Head Chef in his absence

Summer Season Chef - x 2 vacancies FTC Jun-Sep

(additional hours available Apr, May & Oct)

Must have minimum 2 years at Senior CDP/Junior Sous or above

Neapolitan Pizza Chef - FTC Apr-Oct

Potential to extend or move to a permanent contract at the end of the term, although cannot be guaranteed.
