In collaboration with Kingsworthy Foundry and Vulcanus, this Fire Feast brings together craftsmanship, exceptional produce and the immersive theatre of cooking over flame. Set within our kitchen gardens, overlooking open countryside, the atmosphere is as compelling as the menu itself.

At the grills, Vulcanus ambassadors Jay and Gavin present a menu rooted in the elemental nature of fire cooking, showcasing exceptional South Coast seafood - each dish infused with the flavour of smoke and flame:

*Grilled monkfish skewers with mango curried butter and a lift of lime

*Mussels in a fragrant South African lemon and garlic sauce

*Smoked-roasted plaice with clam moqueca, coriander vinaigrette, and fire-smoked sweet agave cornbread
